Family Concerts - Pitter Patter Raindrops

Saturday 13 December
TOTS ONE 10.30am - 11.15am
TOTS TWO 12.00noon - 12.45pm

As part of a new family concert series, this was a fantastic opportunity to introduce those aged 2-5, their friends and families, to the world-renowned Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and their music. Fifteen musicians from the orchestra played a variety of instruments, including strings, oboes, horns and bassoon, and performed some brilliant baroque music including a storm from Vivaldi's Four Seasons and other familiar weather songs such as 'I hear thunder'.

These lively and interactive concerts formed part of the OAE's national Watercycle tour.

'Fabulous for little ones, a perfect balance of story and songs for their age.' Audience Member
