Top British soul jazz and funk saxophonist Snake Davis makes a welcome return to the NCEM with his band featuring material from his eight CDs and playing an array of instruments including the ancient Japanese wind instrument, the Shakuhachi.

Widely known for his solos on tracks such as Lisa Stansfield's 'Change', M-Peoples 'Search For A Hero' and Take That's 'A Million Love Songs', he has played and recorded with artists ranging from James Brown to Paul McCartney, The Eurythmics to Amy Winehouse – having recorded more than 400 tracks in recent years for over 60 artists and played live with dozens more.
