Adults £14.00 | Concessions £12.00

Including Victoria Requiem and psalm settings with 12-part motets, psalms and Magnificat.

No other period of musical history seems to have managed to capture the glorious choral sonority and colour of the music of Spanish Renaissance. Tomás Luis de Victoria is the best-known composer of this school and the Requiem his longest and most profound masterpiece. We are sure that our audiences will welcome our continued exploration of this repertoire. In this concert we include several specially edited large-scale compositions interspersed with more intimate motets and plainchant.
