OVERVIEW

The 2009 Christmas Festival will run from Wednesday 2nd – Tuesday 8th December.

Guest artists will include La Serenissima directed by Adrian Chandler [Friday 4th December]; Concordia with Robin Blaze [Saturday 5th December]; violinist Elizabeth Wallfisch with Jaap ter Linden and David Breitman [Saturday 5th December] and lutenist Elizabeth Kenny [Sunday 6th December].

Full programme details will be available from September 2009.

The York Early Music Christmas Festival is promoted by the National Centre for Early Music with support from Arts Council England, Yorkshire.
