Chris Wood’s Handmade Life Band - Sold Out

Chris Wood Current holder of BBC Folk Awards for
both Singer of the Year and Best Album,
Chris Wood is now recognised as a major musical commentator on contemporary English life. For this one-off tour, supported by an
award from the Contemporary Music Network, Chris broadens his music with a distinctive band line-up. Fellow Imagined Village participants Andy Gangadeen on drums and Barney Morse Brown on cello, together with Robert Jarvis on trombone, join Chris on guitar and fiddle. Nothing sounds quite like
it – the unique instrumentation matches Wood’s expressive voice perfectly, while the content of his new songs retains the subtly humane vision of ‘Trespasser’ and ‘The Lark Descending’.
