Snake Davis saxes, flutes, Irish whistle
Robin A Smith piano

NCEM is delighted to welcome the incomparable Snake Davis back to the stage in a new venture with the award-winning arranger, composer and pianist Robin A Smith.

Snake is instantly recognisable for his soulful passionate solos, as heard on Lisa Stansfields “Change”, M Peoples hits, Take That’s “Million Love Songs” and Klingande’s ‘Jubel’. The press labelled him a virtuoso, a legend, the Guardian said ‘He doesn’t mess about’.

Robin is one of the most versatile musicians in the industry. His credits include Andrea Bocelli, Luciano Pavarotti, Kanye West, The 2 Cellos, Enrique, Rod Stewart and Mike Oldfield and he was musical director for the UK Olympics opening ceremony.

Snake and Robin have been sparring partners for decades, together their recorded work helped spearhead the Classic Chillout movement 20 years ago, but the duo, live in concert, is an exciting new venture.

An unmissable enthralling and highly accessible show celebrating the joy and power of music across multiple styles and genres including classical, folk, pop and jazz.
