Tickets are also available to buy in person up to 45 minutes prior to a concert (unless sold out).

Reservations

You can reserve tickets for up to 3 days and they must be paid for at least 24 hours before the event. If left unpaid after 3 days, tickets will be released for re-sale.

Concessions

Concession prices, where applicable, are shown in brackets. These apply to over 65s, under 16s, full time students and those in receipt of means-tested benefits. Audience members who have disabilities are entitled to a complimentary, essential personal assistant - you can read more about our Access Scheme here.

Refunds

Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. We can try to re-sell unwanted tickets for a 10% administration fee per ticket; however our own unsold tickets will take priority.

If you are symptomatic or testing positive for Covid infection we would encourage you to stay at home and follow NHS advice. We are not in a position to refund tickets due to Covid infection, in the same way that we can't offer refunds due to any other illness.

No refunds can be given on the announcement of subsequent special offers.
